The 15th Three-Year Contract, signed on April 26, 2024 in the presence of the French President, underscores the firm commitment of the French state and local authorities (the Grand Est Region, the European Collectivity of Alsace, and the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg) and their determination to forge an ambitious, tangible partnership designed to strengthen Europe’s bond to Strasbourg, European capital, and Strasbourg’s standing throughout Europe and among its citizens.

This signing also demonstrates the unity between the French state and the communities involved—based on a common, shared goal—by mobilising almost €300 million over three years.
