The second call for projects for the Thematic Support Funds and the Agora Programme under the “Strasbourg, European Capital” Three-Year Contract will be open from October 1 to 31, 2024. The funding decisions for the selected projects will be made in spring 2025. 

These funds are used to provide financial support to initiatives that help enhance Strasbourg’s standing as European capital in the fields of culture, democracy and human rights, and research and innovation.
