Following previous calls for proposals, the third call in the framework of the thematic support funds ‘Culture’, “Democracy” and ‘Research & Innovation’ and the Agora Programme of the Three-Year ‘Strasbourg, European Capital’ Contract is now open:
📅 from 1 September to 10 October 2025.

Results will be available at the end of 2025/beginning of 2026 (indicative timetable).

These three thematic support funds and the Agora programme provide financial support to initiatives that contribute to Strasbourg’s influence as a European capital in the fields of culture, democracy and human rights, and research and innovation.
